10 THINGS TO LEARN FROM EUROPEAN CLUB FOOTBALL THIS SEASON

1.  History was made on the Premier league scene: Leicester City were crowned Premier League champions as the greatest upset in sporting history.
At the start of the campaign Leicester, who had never before won the league title in their history, were among the favorites to be relegated. It was possible to get odds of 5000/1 on them winning the title (which a few canny punters actually backed).
However, Claudio Ranieri's side shocked everyone throughout the campaign  with his consistently and results which upstaged the usual title contenders like Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United.

Statistically, going by Club value and worth, Leicester city tend to be no 18 with Leicester - £133million while the likes of 3. Manchester City - £907million, 2. Arsenal - £1,118million and 1. Manchester United - £1,848million. Which shows that some teams can successfully swallow the Leicester city team conveniently. The last time such upset happened was when Manchester city came into the lime light in 2011/2012 Season, which can be related the amount that was vamped into the square after the Qatari Billionaire took over the club. Leicester Purchase during the last transfer window with the total of £35,100,000, the investment in the club was extremely minimal compared to that of the likes of Manchester United who spent £88,200,000 while city spent £137,500,000, with both Manchester clubs fighting for the 4th position. This will go along way in the Premier league memory lane for years to come as the defending champions were not even in title contention after Mourinho's sack due to bad result

2.  Harry Kane getting his First Golden Boot in England: Last season the England striker was a surprise sensational striker that took the premier league on aware, he was introduced by the then Tottenham Hotspur coach after benching Emmanuel Adebayo, at the end of the season he was able to put some top teams to bed with his amazing strike, and he made his relevance felt instantly with 21 goals with just 2 penalties, he was outscored by only Kun Aguero of Manchester City with 26 goals and 5 penalties. Kane through his break out season earned himself an England call up and he didn’t take him long to register himself in his debby march for England. Finally, Kane came into the 2015/16 season has a striker to look out for, while some tagged him as a 1 season striker due to his slow start of the season. Strikers like

James Valdy, Kun Aguero, Diego Costa, Lukaku took the Centre stage early but Kane slowly grew into the scene and claimed his well deserved first golden booth of the season with 24 goals, with Kun Ageuro second with 23 goals

3. Barcelona left the title race late till the final day: By January Barcelona was conveniently leading the Spanish League with like 7 point clear from Real Madrid, with amazing performance that looks destined to repeat their awesome season of the previous year, it looks so certain that Barcelona will successfully defend the league title and the champions league at easy as they remain unbeaten on all tournament, until the April 2nd when Barcelona was shocked by 10 man Real Madrid coming from a 1-1 draw to spring a surprise in the conclusive stage of the match with Cristiano Ronaldo’s strike. This was their first major loss of the session, which extended to immediately to other matches, they suddenly lost 3 matches on a role, got bundled out of the champions league by their arch title rival Atletico Madrid, and the rest was history as the gap was closed by the 2 Madrid clubs.

Finally they have to conclude their title victory till the last match, which Luis Suarez came to their rescue.

4. Golden Booth change Hand in La liga: History was made has the dominance of Messi, Ronaldo was ended. Luis Suarez became the first player to break into scene as either Ronaldo or Messi has dominated the past 7/8 years Pichichi award for the top scorer in La Liga Suarez outscored Ronaldo with 5 goals as he ended the campaign with 40 goals and Messi coming 3rd with 26 goals.

5. Cristiano Ronaldo Surpasses 50 for the Sixth year in a Row:  Cristiano Ronaldo has become the first player in history to score at least 50 goals in six consecutive seasons.
The Portugal international scored both goals in the 2-0 win over Deportivo La Coruna on the final day of the La Liga season to take his tally up to 51 for the campaign.
In comparison, Lionel Messi netted over 50 goals in three consecutive seasons between 2010 and 2013. Ronaldo could also add to his total in this month’s Champions League final as Real Madrid face Atletico Madrid in Milan.

But despite his overall haul, Ronaldo was beaten to the Pichichi award for the top scorer in La Liga as Luis Suarez ended the season on 40 goals - five ahead of the 31-year-old. Ronaldo also lost out on winning this year’s La Liga trophy as Barcelona secured a 3-0 victory over Granada to seal the title.

6. Iheanacho Becomes the Most Prolific Goal Scorer in Europe: He took only two minutes to opening his goal-scoring account for City. Having failed to net in his cameo appearance against Watford, he came on to hit the only goal of the game in a 1-0 win at Crystal Palace in September.

He has scored frequently despite limited game time and ended the campaign with 14 goals
He averages a goal every 81.3 minutes he has played, which is extremely impressive considering he is still only 19 years of age, but even more so given the fact that of all players to score at least 10 goals across the top five European leagues this season, it is the best rate.
Superstars Luis Suarez, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Karim Benzema have all outscored the City youngster but play much more regularly, and actually score with less frequency.

7. Zlatan Ibrahimovic becomes a free agent after refusing to renew is contract: After joining the league 1 club from AC Milan 4 years back, Ibra consistently broke all records in ligue 1 and won all major tournament there to be won with only the Champions league eluding him. One will think with the amount of money he earns which makes him the 4th paid player in the world, the 34 years old is said to be on his way to another club as he stated he already knows his next club after making his announcement, information has it that Manchester United is in the pole position to sign the prolific striker. Lets watch out.

88. Jose Mourinho sack seven months after he led them to the Premier League title.

The 52-year-old Portuguese had been in his second spell at the club, taking charge in June 2013.
Chelsea finished eight points clear last season and won the League Cup, but have lost nine of their 16 league games so far and are 16th in the table, one point above the relegation places.
Mourinho's final match was Monday's 2-1 defeat at leaders Leicester City.

                                      Chelsea statement
"Chelsea Football Club and Jose Mourinho have today parted company by mutual consent.
"All at Chelsea thank Jose for his immense contribution since he returned as manager in the summer of 2013.
"His three league titles, FA Cup, Community Shield and three League Cup wins over two spells make him the most successful manager in our 110-year history.
"But both Jose and the board agreed results have not been good enough this season and believe it is in the best interests of both parties to go our separate ways.
"The club wishes to make clear Jose leaves us on good terms and will always remain a much-loved, respected and significant figure at Chelsea.
"His legacy at Stamford Bridge and in England has long been guaranteed and he will always be warmly welcomed back to Stamford Bridge.
"The club's focus is now on ensuring our talented squad reaches its potential.
"There will be no further comment until a new appointment is made.

We experience key prominent players like Hazard dropping form drastically, Matic, Fabregas and the Medical team drama all came as a huge surprise to the football lovers around the world. Mourinho’s second come back to Chelsea initially looks like a match made from heaven until his 7 month in office when things went completely sore as Chelsea was just few point from relegation zone. We still find this puzzling till date, who can ever think that the self acclaimed special one can end a season without a job, or get sacked in the middle of the season? wonders shall never end.

9. Real Madrid Ultimate Come Back: At the beginning of the 2015 season Anceloti was sacked in a dramatic way, which till date stands to be one of the major surprise in football history, going by how the team played and the stability brought to the team under his stewardship, amazing thing was who the president elected has his successor, who happen to be Benitez, under Benitez, the players seem unhappy and less active, while few ones like Bale got more playing time, under him the team was mistakenly bundle out of the Copa del roy due to fielding a non eligible player, they got humiliated in the hands of Barcelona in Santiago Bernabue by heavy thrashing of 4-1 before he was relieved of his position.
Finally the great football legend of the club was told to take the managerial position, the person of Zindine Zidane aka Zizou. Instantly the team took a new dimension as his Philosophy and ways of threating the players tend to please them, he has been able to inspire a team behind Barcelona with 7 point and 3rd on the league to closing the gap to 1 point, with taking the team to Champions league final with the greatest come back against Wolfburg in the Quarter final by offsetting 2 goals deficient from Germany by an amazing Hat trick from Cristiano Ronaldo and beating Barcelona by ending their unbeaten run in front of Nou Camp audience which cumulated to them ending the season as 2nd on the table.

Hopefully their season will be made when they take up their Madrid counterpart at the final stage of Champions league, which tend to be a repetition of the last champions league they won 3 years ago.
10. Premier league official becomes the most competitive league in Europe and the world:  Premier league over the years has been tagged the most competitive league in the world, firstly because of its physical and high fitness level requirement. Secondly, the level of money generated from TV Broadcasting as its well packaged and sold all over the world. The next season sure will be a season to watch out for as Top coaches are actively present there, with the likes of Pep Guardiola coming to Manchester City, Conte to Chelsea and rumors of Mourinho coming to Manchester united, also with Frank de Boer tendering his resignation at Ajax with rumors attaching him to Everton Job. In the league if going by the entire rumors Premier league will have the most experienced coaches in the world with lot of money to be spent on buying players. From Arsene wenger, Koeman, Kloop,Van Gaal or Mourinho , Bilic, Conte , Mauricio Pochettino, and other fantastic English coaches , one cannot tend to await the drama and surprises English football will offer next season.

The most exciting of them all will be the awaking of Mourinho and Pep rivalry with the two Manchester Clubs as arch enemy in coaches take it to arch enemy in clubs, then we will really know who the real boss is and who runs the town. Cant wait to have a feel of that.

Ten Most High Tech Cities Geeks should consider Visiting

1. Tokyo/Japan

Japan is the world leader in Technology. If there is something new springs up in electronics or automotive technology, then it is certainly originating from Japan only. Such is the speed and energy Japan has.
Japan has the largest share in the world market in the fields of electronic, science and technology. It spends the biggest budget for research in these fields. That accounts for more than $130 billion USD. The researchers are around 677, 731. In Asia, Japan is the only country that has received more Nobel prizes. This is just an indication of what Japan is capable of producing.

Japan is the only country in the world that has the largest international conglomerates like Sony, Canon, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Sharp, Hitachi, NEC, Epson and Toshiba. Then in the other fields Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Toyota, Nintendo, Mitsubishi and Subaru are the greatest companies known in the world as well.
Japan’s innovation can also be found in the field of Chemicals, Robotics, Optics, Metals and Semi conductors. The amazing quality of Japan can be understood from the fact that Japan possesses more than half of the Industrial robots in the world. It means almost 402,200 of the available 742,500 robots. Six of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers are from Japan only and houses seven of the world’s largest twenty semi conductor sales companies.
In rail transport, Japan has the most advanced trains in the world. Shinkansen is such an amazing technology to date. The fastest train in the world, Maglev train, has a speed of 581 km per hours. This is unbeaten.
Japan also rules the space. The Japan Aerospace and Exploration Agency, is the foundation and reason for Japan’s space related research and development. It has excelled in the development of rockets and its contribution to the space technology is commendable.

Akihabara or Akihabara Electric Town. district of Tokyo. Large electronics trade centre.

Cell phone - waterproof, 15 Mpx camera with face recognition option, fast internet, built-in TV, dual sim.
Since Japan is much dependent on imported fuel, nuclear energy has become Japan’s priority. Presently, Japan is the third largest nuclear power in the world. It has 55 nuclear reactors now. They provide Japan’s 35% of electricity.
The only energy that Japan finds it difficult to produce is the wind energy. It is not that Japan has no know-how but the unpredictable wind in Japan makes it difficult for Japan to go deep into it. The typhoons play havoc at times. But Japan is presently making all the efforts to find the right technology, which can make new in roads in wind energy production as well, that can change the face of Japan’s leading skills.
It is amazing to know how Japan treats these technologies. In fact, Japan has recognized that to maintain its economical strength it has to advance its technologies. They do not see the technology as a commodity. They realize that it is a strategic asset and they know that Japan’s strength lies in advancing research and technology even in harder times.
Japanese encourage technology at all levels. Another factor that propelled Japan to the top of the world is that it has classified the technology into two and has concentrated on both of them. They are Commercial applications from the existing technology and New applications from basic research. Japan, unlike any other nation, invests its resources in new applications not worrying about the time and energy it deserves. This is the basic strength of Japan that keeps it above all.
Further, while every country in the world researches and finds technology that contributes to its military fearing safety, Japan has completely devoted its energy in technology that help its economy and not it’s military.
Then again, Japan’s net technology transfers to Thailand, Indonesia, China and the United Kingdom are amazing.
Technologically, Japan is the technological head of the world.
